We produce an income and expense statement at the end of each month, which outlines all the activity in each of your properties. We advertise all vacancies through innovated websites like FSJ Now and our own website, which are free to you the client. We review all applications and check all references. We prepare all tenant documents in accordance with the laws in place, collection of required rents and security deposits, conducting move-in/move out inspections, issuing appropriate notices of non-payments, filing for and conducting Arbitration hearings. We collect and payout security deposits in accordance with the RTA. We also develop tenant retention programs in order to keep the great tenants we have.
